Simply give us a call with your check in time and flight details ready. Booking ahead secures your parking space and ensures that a shuttle service will be waiting for your arrival. However, we will always accommodate drive up customers.

We are open seven days a week, from 4 AM until midnight.

We recommend that you arrive at least 45 minutes before your check in time at the airport. Gold Coast Airport Parking will not be liable if you miss your flight for failing to arrive at our facility at your scheduled time.

Yes. We have a valet parking service for your convenience which would require you to leave your keys.

Gold Coast Airport Parking provides a free shuttle service, available on demand to all customers so you can get to the airport quickly.

Once you have collected your luggage, simply give us a call and we will dispatch a free shuttle service to pick you up at the airport.

As long as you cancel your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice before the start of the booking period, you may be refunded with a $10 cancellation fee. However, cancellations made within 24 hours before the start of the booking period are non-refundable unless it is due to the flight being cancelled by the airline. If so, you may be refunded with a $10 cancellation fee.

Changes can be made free of charge anytime up to 24 hours before the start of the booking period. If you arrive earlier than your original booking, just give us a call to organise the pick-up of your vehicle. However, the days not used are non-refundable but we will issue a credit note to the value of the days not used.

Gold Coast Airport Parking has security measures to guarantee the safety of all vehicles parked with us. However, it is the owner’s responsibility to leave no valuables and personal belongings in their car.

We have loyalty discounts and monthly account rates for frequent flyers. Senior citizens can also avail the 5% senior discount on top of a loyalty discount.
